At Legacybox®, we are committed to preserving your memories with the highest quality care; if you are not satisfied with your experience, you may return your unused kit within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our Customer Support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your unused Legacybox kit.

Pack Your Kit

Place the unused Legacybox, including all original safety barcodes and packing materials, into a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Attach the provided prepaid return shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned kit to confirm it is unused, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a processing fee.
